Kicking off my favorite time of the year is sophomore Ryan McMullen who is currently one of the student managers at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our guest Dr. Melinda Macht-Greenberg has been an educational consultant and clinical psychologist for over 22 years in Massachusetts. She also is a field placement coordinator and advisor at Tufts University. She shares her experience with helping students and parents with the lack of motivation and depression. She gives recommendations on what to do and how to help if your friend or child has anxiety, isolation and depression. She discusses social media FOMO and suicide. Bottom line, I recruited this guest to help students and parents who perhaps is experiencing mental health challenges!
